• Description of the consultation request entered voluntarily by the user.

Data are processed for the management of consultation requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and, with explicit consent, for the sending of newsletter updates.

Data are not disclosed or transferred to third parties, except to data processors necessary for the provision of the service (hosting, transactional email, calendar). Booking data are retained for 24 months from collection, unless otherwise required by law.
